Policies

  • Prices listed are for a 24 hr. rental period.
  • There are no refunds for unused rental items.
  • All prices subject to change without notice.
  • Client is responsible to confirm all quantities at least 14 days before rental date or charges will be made on original quantities.
  • Delivery & pickup charges are determined by location and will be quoted upon request.
  • All delivery & pickup charges are quoted for ground floor only.
  • There will be an extra charge for other floors or in different sections of the building.
  • Equipment must be protected from the weather at all times and should be taken down and stacked before we arrive for pickup to avoid additional fee.
  • Setup & teardown of tables & chairs can be provided and should be arranged when order is placed. Prices available upon request.
  • 50% non-refundable deposit, due at time of reservation.
  • 10% damage waiver will be applied unless declined before rental.
  • All rentals must be returned clean or charges will incur.
  • To avoid a cleaning charge, all china, glassware & flatware should be rinsed and food-free, and returned in its original container.
  • Table linens must be returned dry and free of food.
  • Permanent stains, wax, burns, mildew etc. will incur a replacement charge.
  • All fuels such as propane will be charged at current rates.
  • Some equipment requires certain electrical specifications. Ask us about the piece you are renting.
